My name is Nikita, I am 25 years old, and I have been working in cross-platform mobile development with Delphi FMX (FireMonkey) for 4 years. During this time, I have gained experience in fully managing a project that involved a cross-platform, multilingual mobile application. Following this, I created a new project, bringing it to a commercial stage and providing ongoing support. Recently, I have gained valuable experience in training and mentoring junior developers.
In addition to the client-side mobile front-end, I also improved the client-side desktop application using Delphi. I worked with databases (FireBird, MySQL) and wrote API commands using Delphi and PHP.

I developed the front-end of this project from scratch in collaboration with a designer. The application is multilingual, cross-platform, and comes in 3 versions (Lite, Middle, Pro).
The back-end database was already in place, but I significantly enhanced and modernized it, as well as the API commands.
The application turned out well, and 8 apps have been released based on it.
I have rarely encountered issues with soft skills, except in exceptional cases. I communicate easily, ask questions when needed, and am always willing to help when assistance is requested.
I always strive to enhance my personal effectiveness. When approaching tasks, I consider not only the immediate requirements but also analyze all possible scenarios surrounding them. Additionally, I am goal-oriented, resilient under stress, and have a strong desire to grow and develop.
The work format is not critical, but I have determined that I am most effective with a hybrid work arrangement. Currently, I am based in Kaliningrad, but I am open to, and even eager for, relocation.
I would like to join a team of true professionals and grow with them, not only within Delphi but also in other more modern programming languages.
